Who we are
This website is operated by SourceParity, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SourceParity", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through getsourceparity.com and how we use it. It does not cover clinical trial data processed by the SourceParity system for our customers, which is governed by separate agreements with each customer
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, company, role and anything you choose to write
- Booking details. Calls are booked through Google Calendar. Google processes your booking under its own privacy policy
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, for security and reliability
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not sell personal information
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the call you asked for
- To follow up about SourceParity, if you have shown interest. You can ask us to stop at any time
- To keep the website secure and working
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the company, such as our email, calendar and hosting providers, and only as needed for the purposes above. We may also disclose information if required by law
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable interest in following up, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@getsourceparity.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure
Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page
